This Privacy Policy explains how 24 Assistant ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and
safeguards your information when you access or use the 24 Assistant mobile application, website, and related
artificial intelligence services (collectively, the "Services" or "App").
Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THE TERMS OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY, PLEASE DO
NOT ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
To provide our AI-driven Services effectively, we collect information across several categories:
1.1. Information You Provide to Us Directly
- Account Data: If you register an account, we may collect your email address, username,
password, and authentication credentials (including Apple ID or Google Account tokens if you use third-party
login).
- AI Interaction Data (User Content): We collect the text prompts, questions, images, voice
inputs, and any other materials you submit to the App ("Inputs"), as well as the responses generated by the
AI ("Outputs"). Please do not submit sensitive personal information (e.g., health data, financial
credentials) in your prompts.
- Customer Support Data: Information you provide when you contact us for troubleshooting or
support.
1.2. Information Collected Automatically
When you access the App, we automatically collect certain technical data via SDKs and APIs, which is standard for
mobile applications:
- Device Information: Device type, operating system (e.g., iOS or Android), unique device
identifiers (e.g., Apple IDFV, Android Advertising ID), language settings, and mobile network information.
- Usage Data: Application launch times, feature usage, session duration, interaction metrics,
and crash logs to ensure app stability.
- Log Data: IP addresses, browser types, and timestamp data associated with API requests.
2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use the collected information for the following business and operational purposes:
- To Provide the Services: Processing your Inputs through natural language processing
algorithms and returning the AI-generated Outputs.
- To Maintain and Improve the App: Analyzing crash reports and usage trends to debug software
and optimize user interfaces.
- AI Model Improvement (With Opt-Out): We may use de-identified and aggregated user
interactions to fine-tune our proprietary machine learning models. We do not use your private
personal data to train AI models without your consent.
- Billing and Subscriptions: Facilitating payments and managing premium subscription tiers
via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- Security and Fraud Prevention: Monitoring to detect and prevent malicious activities,
automated bot attacks, or violations of our End User License Agreement (EULA).
3. DATA SHARING & DISCLOSURE
Because the App functions as an AI assistant, your data must be processed by underlying computational models. You
acknowledge and agree to the following regarding third-party processing:
- Third-Party LLMs: We utilize external Large Language Model (LLM) APIs (e.g., OpenAI,
Anthropic, or similar providers) to process your Inputs and generate Outputs.
- Data Transmission: Your textual or visual Inputs are securely transmitted to these
third-party API providers solely for the purpose of generating a response.
- No Third-Party Training: By default, our agreements with primary enterprise API providers
prohibit them from using your Inputs submitted through our API to train their foundational commercial
models.
We will share personal information only in the following limited circumstances:
- Service Providers: Trusted third-party vendors (e.g., hosting, analytics, payments) who
process data on our behalf and under contractual obligations.
- Legal Requirements: When required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.
- Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets — users
will be notified if personal data is transferred.
- With Consent: Other disclosures only with your explicit permission.
We do not sell your personal information to advertisers.

4. DATA RETENTION AND ACCOUNT DELETION
We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this
Privacy Policy, or as required by law.
Mandatory Right to Delete (App Store & Google Play Compliance):
You have the absolute right to delete your account and associated personal data at any time. You can initiate
this process directly within the App:
- Navigate to the Settings or Profile menu within the 24 Assistant app.
- Select "Delete Account" or "Manage Data".
- Follow the on-screen prompts to permanently erase your account, interaction history, and associated
credentials.
5. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS (GDPR, CCPA, AND CPRA)
Depending on your jurisdiction, you are granted specific rights regarding your personal data:
- California Residents (CCPA/CPRA): You have the right to know what personal information is
collected, the right to request deletion, and the right to opt-out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal
information. Note: We do not sell your personal information to data brokers.
- EEA and UK Residents (GDPR): You have the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal
data; restrict or object to processing; and the right to data portability. Our legal basis for processing
your data is the performance of our contract (EULA) with you and our legitimate interest in providing AI
services.
6. APPLE APP TRACKING TRANSPARENCY (ATT)
For users on iOS devices, we comply with Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework. We will not track your
activity across third-party apps and websites for targeted advertising purposes unless we have explicitly
requested and received your permission through the iOS tracking prompt.
7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Our Services are not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from, children under the
age of 13 (or under 16 in certain jurisdictions, such as the EU). If we become aware that we have collected
personal data from a minor without verified parental consent, we will take immediate steps to delete that
information from our servers.
8. DATA SECURITY AND INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
We implement commercially reasonable technical, administrative, and physical safeguards (including HTTPS
encryption in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest) to protect your data. However, no digital transmission
over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
Your information may be transferred to, processed, and stored on servers located outside of your country of
residence (including in the United States or Hong Kong). By using the App, you consent to this cross-border
transfer of data.
9. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you
by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this policy and, where required by law, by providing an in-app
notification or sending an email to your registered address.
