Welcome to PICK+ (PICK Plus) ("we," "our," or "us"). We provide a photo-based price comparison service. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle your information when you use our mobile application (the "App").

        Privacy Commitment: PICK is a utility-first tool. We collect only the data necessary to provide
        our services, improve app performance, and analyze our marketing efforts.
    

1. Information We Collect

A. Core Functional Data (Camera & Images)

To provide price comparison services, the App requires access to your device’s camera or photo gallery.

Real-time Processing: Images are analyzed solely for product identification.
Storage: Unless you explicitly save a result to your history, images are processed in real-time and are not stored on our servers.

B. Device and Technical Data

Identifiers: We may collect anonymous device identifiers (such as IDFA for iOS or GAID for Android) and IP addresses to analyze app performance and marketing attribution.
Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with the App, including feature usage and crash reports.

C. Account Information

If you create an account, we collect your email address and an encrypted version of your password.

2. How We Use Your Information

To operate and maintain the core price comparison features.
To analyze app performance, monitor crashes, and improve user experience.
To measure the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns.

3. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We will share personal information only in the following limited circumstances:

Service Providers: Trusted third-party vendors (e.g., hosting, analytics, payments) who process data on our behalf and under contractual obligations.

Additionally, when you click a product link to a retailer (e.g., Amazon, eBay), we may pass a non-identifiable tracking ID to facilitate affiliate commissions. This does not include your personal identity.

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal data (such as account info and search history) for a period of one year (12 months) from the date of your last activity, or as required by applicable government and legal requirements. After this period, your data is permanently deleted or anonymized.

5. Your Rights & Data Control

Access & Correction: You can view and update your account details directly within the App.
Right to Deletion: You may delete your account and all associated data at any time.
- Path: Go to App Settings -> Delete Account.
Opt-out of Tracking: You can disable tracking or revoke camera access at any time via your device's system settings.

6. Security

We implement industry-standard technical measures to protect your data. However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

7. Children's Privacy

PICK+ (PICK Plus) is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we discover such data has been collected, it will be deleted immediately.

8. Updates to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Significant changes will be notified via an in-app alert or by updating the "Last Updated" date.
